4th through 8th Grade Boys and Girls Soccer Registration Now Open!

This sport is open to all Our Lady School and Our Lady PSR students that are in grades four through eight during the 2018-2019 school year. PSR students that have a public school team may only play for their public school or Our Lady.

  • Conditioning will start Monday, June 25, 2018.
  • Practice will start the week of July 9th. Coaches will contact players to let them know when practice starts. All teams may not start practice on the same date.
  • Matches start the beginning of August. Schedules will not be handed out until late July.
  • Postseason tournament during the first weekend of September.

Participant fee: $80.00 for one player, $145.00 for two players and $215.00 for three players.

Registration and payment of fees are available online and due July 2, 2018.

Note: To keep our athletics fees as low as possible, we ask you to use bank ACH/EFT by entering your bank routing and account number. All credit card transactions incur an additional processing fee.

The Bishop Ready Athletic's Department is offering summer camps for baseball, boys and girls basketball, football, boys and girls soccer, softball and volleyball.  Please open the camp form for further information, dates and cost.


Our Lady of Perpetual Help Athletic Advisory Board Needs Your Help!

The OLPHAAB has several positions open and is seeking volunteers to support the athletic programs offered to Our Lady and other parishes in our community. Available positions include:
  • K-3 Athletic Commissioner
  • 4-6 Boys Athletic Commissioner
  • 7-8 Girls Athletic Commissioner
  • Communications Liaison
  • Concessions and Awards Coordinator
  • Fundraising Coordinator

The OLPHAAB is responsible for providing athletic programs in which our Parish children can participate and provide opportunities to build traits such as dignity, self-discipline, respect, cooperation, teamwork and honesty. The Board consists of 12 members serving two-year terms in various capacities to administer all athletic programs for the parish in addition to the Columbus Diocesan Recreation Association programs. Candidates are interviewed and voted on by the Board. All members are expected to participate in monthly meetings and support programs offered.

Brief descriptions of the open positions are noted below.

The K-3 Athletic Commissioner and Boys Grade School and Girls Middle School Athletic Commissioners are responsible for the overall administration of their respective boys or girls programs, including selection, training and supervision of coaches for the programs offered, monitoring and enforcing volunteer requirements for coaches in accordance with Diocese of Columbus and OLPHAAB, oversight of the use of the gym and fields and that coaches maintain such facilities, ensuring equipment, materials, procedures and security are in place, conducting sign-ups and completing forms as required by the OLPHAAB and Diocesan Recreation Association.

The Concessions and Awards Coordinator maintains inventory for indoor and outdoor concession areas during the school year, coordinates awards for end of season awards and supports any other OLPHAAB Activities.

The Communications Liaison prepares and communicates with the parents, faculty and other parish organizations regarding the athletic programs, coordinates and distributes sign-ups for the parish, PSR and other schools and partner with the school and Church to schedule the use of facilities.

The Fundraising Coordinator assists the Athletic Director with the coordination and implementation of all fundraising activities of the OLPHAAB, including coordinating and maintaining sponsor lists, soliciting new sponsors, working with the Communications Liaison to communicate fundraising events and recruiting volunteers to help staff the fundraising events.


Western Irish Football – Coaches Needed!

Western Irish Players is currently accepting application for football coaches for the 2018 fall football season, including a Head Coach and Assistant Coaches for the incoming 4th Grade Class.
